Berkshire and Oxfordshire service
Splitting a signal without amplifying it is why the back bedroom breaks up
Every split in a cable loses you signal. A two-way splitter costs around 4dB, a four-way nearer 8dB - enough on its own to push a borderline Hannington or Oxford signal below a usable level by the time it reaches the furthest room.
We work out the loss across the whole run and add a distribution amplifier wherever it's needed, then check every finished outlet so even the weakest point still has some margin left for bad weather.
Cable is run through the loft, through voids in the floor, or in colour-matched trunking where nothing else will do. We agree the route with you before any drilling starts.

Get in touch
Give us your postcode and describe what's happening on screen. Often we can narrow down the likely cause before the van's even loaded.
- 02
On-site check
Your engineer reads the actual signal at roof height, rather than assuming it matches the house next door.
- 03
Clear price
You'll know the cost before anything is fitted, drilled or climbed.
- 04
Fit and prove it
Once the work's done, every point in the house is checked and the area left as we found it.
Questions
Straight answers
Anything not covered here, call 0118 968 0881 and speak to an engineer — not a scripted call handler.
How many extra points can I actually have?
As many as the signal strength allows - with an amplifier fitted, eight or more outlets is entirely routine.
Will adding points weaken the picture elsewhere?
Not if the run is properly amplified and checked. Unamplified splitting is the usual reason picture quality drops off.
Can the cable be hidden?
In most homes, yes - via the loft and internal voids. Where that's not possible we use discreet trunking instead.
Can you add extra points for Sky?
Yes, including additional satellite runs and LNB upgrades where needed.
